WEEKLY VEGAN MEAL PREP – 5 EASY & TASTY RECIPES

Meal Preparation
Hello Friends, today I want to share with you a meal-prep video!
I’ve prepared 5 easy and tasty recipes for you that took me around 3h to prepare (including clean up) and we can enjoy these meals through the workweek.

Tofu & Yogurt topping ingredients:
380g silken tofu
300ml soy yogurt (or any other kind of plant-based yogurt)
100ml water
5 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 tbps korean pancake mix (mix of corn starch, rice flour and baking powder) or substitute with all-purpose flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Hummus ingredients:
400g chickpeas
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ tbsp cumin
½ tbsp salt (the chickpeas were cooked in salted water already so you may need to add more salt)
1 clove of garlic

Crumble ingredients:
3tbsp all-purpose flour
3tbsp almond flour (optional – substitute with other ground nuts or all-purpose flour)
