UCR Vegan Week – Interview with three vegan students

Week 11 was vegan week at UCR. Elliot served oat milk and vegan mayo as default, there was a vegan sandwich of the week and we collaborated with cooking society for a cooking workshop. At the beginning of the week, we interviewed three students who are (becoming) vegan. We asked why they decided to become vegan, what tips they have and how they make sure that their vegan diet is also fun and nutritious. What are your thoughts on veganism? Do you have any questions?
