How to make a completely vegan breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese! Rachel’s Vegan Hacks

Being vegan doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice your favorite foods! In this fun tutorial I will show you how to create a vegan breakfast sandwich using ingredients that you can easily find at Wal-Mart or your local grocery store.

-Breakfast sausage (look for Gardein or Beyond brands)
-English muffin (I prefer Dave’s Killer Bread Rockin’ Grains, but store brands are also sometimes safe. Avoid Thomas’s brand as it contains dairy)
-Cheese slice (I use Violife Cheddar in this video but you can also use Chao or any other vegan brand)
-Kala Namak / Black Salt

Cookware required:
-Microwave (if you need to thaw your bread before toasting)
-Toaster or Toaster oven
-Stovetop with small frying pan’
-Air Fryer

If you don’t have an air fryer, simply follow the instructions on the back of the sausage label.
