Our chef Ketan is back this week with a new episode of Plant-based Recipes. In this episode, he prepares vegan and gluten-free Beetroot Tikkis as a healthier take on the popular chaat dish Aloo Tikki.

Beetroot is a healthy root vegetable, packed with nutrients and antioxidants. Its earthy flavour and meaty texture makes it an invaluable ingredient in plant-based dishes. These Tikkis are spiced like chaat dishes using a chaat masala.
