Vegan lasagna Ingredients to feed a family of 5 (with leftovers). Lessen ingredients for smaller families.
2 boxes of Lasagna noodles,
2 green peppers
2 red pepper
1/2 onion
2 packages of beyond burger meat,
5 garlic cloves diced
olive oil: 2 tablespoons to sautee vegan meat
sea salt: to taste
Italian seasonings 1/4 cup
parsley: 1/8 cup
garlic powder: 5 tablespoons
onion powder: 3 tablespoons
spaghetti sauce: 1 large jar
black pepper (optional)
Vegan Ricotta cheese sauce Ingredients:
3 cups of raw cashews soaked for 5 minutes in hot water
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar or 4 tablespoons of lemon juice (I prefer lemon juice)
4 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tsp of onion powder
himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste.
For topping
Miyoko’s Mozz cheese: 2 wheels
Violife Mozzarella shredded cheese: 1 bag
