If you want to know how to make the best vegan stir fry sauce, stay tuned. Not only will I show you how to make spicy peanut sauce, I’ll also show you some vegan meal prep hacks and some easy knife skills. This basically a tutorial on how to make the best vegan stir fry as well as an ode to noodles. LOL.

Best vegan stir fry sauce recipe:

2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp water (or more to preference)
1/2 tbsp spicy chilli paste (or more to preference)
2 – 3 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp grated fresh ginger (or you can use powdered ginger)

Combine the above in a bullet blender or stir by hand. You can add more water and some cornstarch to stretch the recipe. Use this spicy peanut sauce for spring rolls, vegan cold noodle salad, tossed salad or just a dip for veggies.
