Directions: 1- Blend 1/2 cup vegan butter with 1 cup lite or regular brown sugar 2- add 1tsp vanilla & 1 cup non-dairy milk & blend/mix 3- whisk 1 1/2 cup flour, 1tsp baking powder & 1tsp baking soda together 4- add the dry ingredients (flour mix) to wet ingredients and blend 5- add the chocolate chips of your choice (I mixed dark chocolate with milk chocolate chips for this batch) then scoop & roll dough in the palm of your hand for the desired amount/size you’d like your cookies to be 6- bake for 8-15 mins depending on your oven & how crisp you’d like your cookies ? enjoy! Freeze dough overnight for better results ?
