GLUTEN FREE VEGAN CINNAMON ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
DRY
2 1/4 C Gluten free flour blend
1/2 t. Salt
1 T Baking powder
WISK TOGETHER
WET
Approximately 1 C Almond milk
1/2 C Vegan Butter (1 stick)

Cut butter into dry until shaggy dough. Add milk and knead until dough is formed into a ball.

On a floured surface roll dough to 1/4” thickness. Cut dough into a rectangle with a sharp knife.

Melt butter and pour over dough covering it. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over dough and spread with spoon.

Roll dough into a log. Cut log into 1/2” slices with sharp knife.

Place in 8×8 parchment covered or buttered baking dish. Set each roll close but not touching.

Bake for 30-35 min @ 400 f.

FILLING
1/2 C Brown sugar
1 1/2 t. Cinnamon
2 T Melted Vegan Butter
