Here’s my list of pros and cons for being a vegan or vegetarian in 2021. This is a really nuanced issue involving health, diet, animal rights, and climate change. The role of veganism and vegetarianism in the coming year is something I’ve been thinking about a lot recently, especially in the context of the ‘bad thing” that has obviously been the biggest issue of this last year.
