Mark and Zane are at it again… this time dishing up some fabulous vegetarian samosas.
for approx 20, you’ll need:
1 pack filo pastry
1 onion – chopped
1 medium potato – cubed
2 cloves of garlic – grated or crushed
100g frozen peas
100g frozen sweetcorn
1 chilli – deseeded
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garam masala
100g soya spread
3 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt
wedge of lime or lemon
splash of water
