Hey guys! Today I am sharing some of my favorite healthy smoothie recipes with you! I will show you how to make 3 easy homemade smoothies. Smoothies are a great way to get a lot of nutrients into your body without a lot of work! These smoothies are so tasty and healthy that I often enjoy them for breakfast! These recipes are great for beginners of if you are changing up your smoothie game!
Tropical Protein Punch
1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup mangoes
1 cup pineapple
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup ice
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Pro tip: Add in pitted dates if your fruit is not super ripe or if you like it sweeter!
Mint Green Smoothie
1 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup fresh mint, picked
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup oatmilk
1/2 cup ice
Blend until smooth and creamy!
Peanut Butter Mocha
3 pitted dates
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup coffee
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup oat milk
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
