Chefs know some of the best and most time-saving secrets in the kitchen. To make your life easier, I’m sharing with some of them today.
For starters, you can repurpose mango peelings. First, place them in a jar with 150g of sugar. Then, add water, let it sit there, and empty the liquid in a different container to make mango syrup. You can also do the same with apple skins.
Boil some pineapple skins with water Then remove from the cooking pan and add 100g of honey and some lemon juice. Serve it chilled to your friends as a refreshing drink.
Another great trick is to take the potato peelings, season them and bake in the oven to make DIY homemade crisps.
Take some banana peels, boil them in a cooking pan and then grind them in the blender, after that add them to your cake mix it gives it a delicious banana taste.
