In the beginning, I was NOT almost vegan, I was 100% vegan, experiencing good health and weight loss.However, I became frustrated. I missed some of my favorite foods and jumped off the wagon, eating all the junk I missed while eating vegan.
Now I am Almost Vegan, so I incorporate a small amouont of those non-vegan foods I miss into my vegan recipes.
My recipes, although not quite vegan, promote health and weight loss. They are easy, simple and quick.
