I USED GOOD KARMA FLAX MILK, 25 calories, no added protein

I also used a Cuisinart waffle maker, non stick, at heating level 5 for these waffels

ADD MORE OATS TO MAKE A THICKER BATTER AND ADD MORE MILK TO MAKE THE BATTER THINNER
