COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BITES – makes 16
130 rolled oats
100g peanut butter
60g vanilla vivo life protein powder
80g dark chocolate
1.combine ingredients other than chocolate and add enough water to stick together.
2.flatten onto a lined tray, freeze for 30 minutes then add melted chocolate on top.
3.freeze for at least an hour and then store in the fridge.
GINGERBREAD SPICE BAKED DONUTS – makes 7
100g spelt flour
100g soya yogurt
30g gingerbread spice vivo life protein
110ml soya milk
2 tbsp biscoff spread
tsp baking powder
1. preheat oven to 180 degrees. combine flour, baking powder, protein, tahini, syrup, and soya yogurt and begin to mix.
2.add soya milk gradually until a thick batter forms. stir in sultanas.
3.bake for approx 18-20 minutes/until a clean skewer comes out.
