Ingredients list for both smoothies:

– 750g buckwheat (sprouted for 1-2 days)
– 150g sunflower seeds (sprouted for 1-2 days)
– 4 apples
– Celery

I supplement vitamin d and b12

When I’m hungry for something salty, I do eat some sauerkraut with sprouted legumes
