Recipes ( English and Spanish)
?Vegan Meatloaf?

Recipe 4 sticks of celery
1 large onion Olive oil
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon of Paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley Cayenne pepper
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Mix everything and cook for 5 minutes and add (1 cup of tomato sauce or rague, 1 cup of sunflower seeds, 2 boxes of bread to stuff the turkey, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch) Mix everything until it is compact, if you need to add water you can put it.
Let it rest for 10 minutes. In a bread mold put a plastic bag and pour the mixture, with a spatula, crush it until it is shaped, let it rest until it has taken shape, then remove the plastic, put in a saucepan and bake for 15mnt 350Fh or put in the air fryer until it is golden brown. Decorate to taste, top with a little tomato or rague sauce.

Receta 4 ramas de apio
1 cebolla grande Aceite de oliva
2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
2 cucharadita de pimentón
1/2 cucharadita de orégano
1 cucharadita de perejil
Pimienta de cayena
1 ramita de romero
1 cucharada de vinagre de sidra de manzana Mezcle todo y cocine por 5 minutos y agregue (1 taza de salsa de tomate o rague, 1 taza de pipas de girasol, 2 cajas de pan para rellenar el pavo, 1 cucharadita de maicena)
Mezclar todo hasta que esté compacto, si necesitas agregar agua puedes ponerlo. Déjalo reposar durante 10 minutos. En un molde para pan poner una bolsa plástica y verter la mezcla, con una espátula, triturar hasta que tome forma, dejar reposar hasta que tome forma, luego quitar el plástico, poner en un molde para pa y hornear por 15mnt 350Fh o poner en e air fryer hasta que se dore. Decorar al gusto, cubrir con un poco de salsa de tomate o rague.
