Rice Bowls are so easy to make and the best part of this recipe is you can modify it every time you make it. This is the perfect lunch, dinner or meal prep idea. You won’t get bored of eating this. I make a rice or quinoa bowl at least once every week and I can honestly say this is one of my favourite lunches. Hope you enjoy this recipe. Cook with me and enjoy with your family.

Serves: 5-6 people

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 7-10 minutes

1 Cup of Brown Rice
1 Tomato
1/2 Cucumber
Bell Peppers
Black Beans
1 Onion
3 Green Chillies
Red Chili Flakes
Chipotle Mayo (Optional or any sauce of your choice)
Tortilla Chips
