How to cook a Vietnamese feast (VEGAN)

Meal Preparation
This is my Vietnamese vegan meal prep. Easy, fresh and healthy.
– Fried tofu with lemongrass and garlic
( tofu, lemongrass, garlic, thai chili, all seasoning powder, soy sauce)
– Salad
( Avocado, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, olive oil, ground black pepper)
– Vietnamese sweet and sour soup
( tomatoes, okra, mushrooms, tamarind paste, laksa leaves, sugar, all seasoning powder)
– Matcha mousse
( matcha powder, egg yolk, sugar, corn starch, milk, whipping cream, gelatin leaf)
– Mango
