Join me on my vegan weight loss journey! I have been Vegan 68 days and am following the teaching found in “The Starch Solution” by Dr. John McDougall. Here I’ll share tips, recipes, and vegan hacks that work for me as a Mom of five in her forties!
Vegan Hot Cocoa:
1-1/2 c. plant based milk
2-3 T unsweetened cocoa
Stevia to taste
Sprinkle of cinnamon, after heated (or any seasoning you like!)
Directions: Stir first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan. Once heated to your desired temperature, pour into a mug, sprinkle with cinnamon or your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Pour any fresh or frozen fruit in to a bowl, pour plant based milk over to desired level. Sprinkle with favorite seasonings and enjoy!
